TRADE UNION

People Electric Appliance Group China established a trade union in 1997. The
Group's trade union is a warm home of the employees, a bridge and bond between
the enterprise and employees, a backbone force in building a harmonious
enterprise, and also a good platform for construction of the enterprise Party
group.

The Group's trade union fully implements the Trade Union Law, performs its
duties in accordance with the laws and regulations, and integrates independent
implementation of trade union work with the overall situation of the company's
development to strive to become a union organization that is supported by the
grassroots and trusted by the employees.
