BUILDING OF THE PARTY

The Communist Party is the greatest icon of the Chinese people. Without the
correct guidance of the Communist Party of China, there is no today's sound
development of private enterprises.

Established in 2003, the Party committee of People Electric Appliance Group
Co., Ltd. has 13 grassroots Party branches (general branch) and nearly 1,000
Party members currently. With the goal of building a vigorous and harmonious
enterprise, the Group's Party committee actively carries out the "Fortress
Project" and "Pioneer Project" to give full play to the core role of the Party
organization and the pioneer model of Party members, leads the employees to
actively promote the reform and development of the enterprise and constantly
create a new situation of "two civilizations" construction.

"Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind" is
the important foundation for the Party to create the future. Always adhering to
Party building 5.0 strategy, the Group's party committee flexibly integrates the
chairman's business concept of "serving the country worthily with business and
revitalizing the country with industry" in the work of Party building, strengthens
the construction of "management, marketing, technology", promotes the
construction of the team, the building of Party members, and the transformation
of employee thinking, further stands firm in support of ideal and belief, and
improves the quality of Party members and cadres to comprehensively promote
the Group to achieve high-quality development and make greater contributions
to the transformation from a group company to a world-class enterprise.
