MANAGEMENT MODE
PCDM management mode is an intelligent and digital management mode
originally created by People Electric Appliance Group Co., Ltd. Taking system
for contracted responsibility as a core, digital management as a means, and based
on fairness, equity, openness, PCDM is a result of management ideas and
experience wisdom with independent intellectual property rights.
P = People mode, C = Contract system, DM = Digital management.
Under global competition, PCDM management mode aims to center on industrial

explore the maximum potential of human, equipment, capital, to create the best
economic benefits.
Excellent performance management mode is an all-around evaluation method
based on American Baldrige excellent performance evaluation criteria, and
combined with China's actual situations, which starting with organizational
behavior, and pursuing customer oriented and quality first. People Electric
Appliance has comprehensively improved its integrated management level
through the excellent performance management mode.
