People Electric Appliance attaches great importance to scientific and
technological innovation, with investment of 5% or above in the scientific
research in the sales revenue. In 2002, People Electric Appliance Group Co., Ltd.
established a post-doctoral scientific research workstation. Under joint efforts of
teachers and students in Hebei University of Technology and Xi’an Jiaotong
University, the Key Technologies for Test, Simulation, Regulation of Air
Dielectric Arc and Its Application project of People Electric Appliance won the
second prize of "National Science and Technology Progress", the Research on
Several Key Technologies of Improving the Reliability of Low-voltage Circuit
Breaker project won the second prize of "Zhejiang Provincial Science and
Technology Progress", the Research and Application of Silver Rare Earth Oxide
Electrical Environmental Contract Materials project won the second prize of
"Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Progress", and the Key Technologies
and Application of Low-voltage Appliance Automation Production Lines and
Quality Traceability System project won the third prize of "Zhejiang Provincial
Science and Technology Progress". The RDW1 Intelligent Air Circuit Breaker,
CRDATS Intelligent Dual Power Automatic Switch, and RDW2-1600 Low-
voltage (Intelligent) Air Circuit Breaker are included in "the national Torch
Program project". The Research and Application of Automatic Measurement and
Control System for Frame Circuit Breaker 40KA Large Current Test is listed as
"Zhejiang Provincial Major Science and Technology Special Key Industrial
Project”. RDC67 won the "national key new product". In September 2019, a DC
circuit breaker won "arc extinguishing structure for direct current circuit
breaker” US patent for invention. In addition, the company has also won the
"China's Most Satisfactory Products", "China's Most Popular Enterprise",
"National Quality Award", "Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Technology Center",
"Zhejiang Provincial Excellent Post-doctoral Workstation", "Zhejiang
